1. Scale Grade-III( Tk. 16,800-20,700/-)
2. Responsibilities: To supervise and administer all the Training activities of Directorate of Training.
3. To arrange imparting Training towards newly recruited BCS Officers, in-service Officers, Supervisory staff and other categories of staff of Bangladesh Railway.
4. To act as Chief Executive of Directorate of Training and perform the duties of Member-Secretary of RTA Board of Directors.
5. To ascertain the Special Training need as and when required by HOD.
6. To follow and implement Govt. decisions,Training Policy, 1990, National Training Policy, 2003 and Manual of RTA Reserve Fund.
7. To prepare Budget Provision of RTA and exercise power of General Managers in respect of of RTA Establishment matter.
8. To arrange Lease out Pond and deserted Land in the RTA Complex
